Qt 4.2.0 with Vista SP1

Hello! I have a problem. My application was developed in XP. Then I installed Vista SP1, Visual Studio 2005. All works, but sometimes I see this error:

ASSERT: "w->testAttribute(Qt::WA_WStateCreated)" in file accessible\qaccessible_win.cpp, line 153.

This error apears when i use menus and dialogs in my program.

Can you help me to solve this problem?

The solution of this problem is to install qt 4.4.0.
