Mac Qt 4.5 Commercial install does not appear to work

System: Mac Dual Core Intel Xeon
OS: Leopard 10.5.6
Xcode is installed

I downloaded the Beta 1 install package and ran it. It appears not work correctly.
Some of the application files (moc, rcc, etc) do show up in the /usr/bin folder, but not all, and I can not find the include files and libraries anywhere. This is true for the 'release' version. The 'debug' version does not install any application files.

The installer does seem to install files, could it be also deleting them?
Can someone tell where the file Library and Include files should be? Spotlight can't find any Qt Include files.
Where can I find an install log?
Is there some 'magic' I've missed when launching the installer package?

When I run the uninstaller (uninstall-qt.py) I get the following messages:
