[Qt4] dlib framework

I'm writting a Qt4 framework (like kdelibs), it's GPL

we're using this lib in KToon, but I want to split it for the next version

Can you tell us what kind of framework you write? I mean whether it is set of GUI classes or high-level wrappers, or something else?

It doesn't compile on WinXp + Qt 4.1.1 Comm + MS Visual 2003
