QtCreator change in lib should force a link

Hello,

I use QtCreator1.3.1. I open normally beside my application different libs in the creator. If i change something in the lib and make a build my lib will be created but no new link process of the application will be initiated. Therefore my new lib will not be used.
Than i make a small change in one file of the application in order to force a new build. This is a bit to complicated for my point of view.
Is there any possibility that the creator can force a link of the application if one of the libs are changed?
Only setting of dependency doesn't work.
