I downloaded QT 4.7.0 , rebuild it with Visual studio , but when I trying to set Qt version in Visual studio I getting message "Qt in the given path was built using MinGW" ?????????

Me too I've got the same error.
Looking at the add-in source code it's possible to see that it searches for libqtmain.a or libqtmaind.a, if found then it return this error. But this files are present by default on Qt install. Remove these files to resolve the problem.
Download and instal Qt for Visual Studio not Qt SDK.
What is "Qt for Visual Studio"?
This Qt library precompiled with Visual Studio.
