building error: Segmentation fault

Hi, i get the following error everytime i build (even with new project)

Signal received

The inferior stopped because it received a signal from the Operating System.
Signal name : SIGSEGV
Signal meaning : Segmentation fault

it happened in 4.6 and i upgraded to 4.7 and it still happens.
please help i lost all ideas :(
