how to apply sliding effect to frame when rolling mouse on it.

can anybody provide me the way,
how to apply sliding effect to frame when I roll mouse on it.?

virtual void QWidget::wheelEvent(QWheelEvent * event)

that true for mouseevent detection,
but how to apply the sliding effect to frame when frame is in layout.
