No cpu/abi system image available for this target android studio on Windows

Hi all,

I searched all the Internet many times about my issue but unfortunately couldn't find a solution for my PROBLEM! :( :(

My machine is a windows 7 x64. I use Qt Creator 5.8 and installed Android Studio 2.2.3 too.

I tried many many times to create a new AVD, but only could do these works: https://imgur.com/a/qnyq8

The problem is that I can't install the required packages and every time I get the message below:
No cpu/abi system image available for this target

How did you start your work? Please help me to solve this issue.
