QwtPlotMarker displayed incorrectly

Depending on the position on the screen, the left and right margin is changed.
Something like left - 1px and right + 1px.
For screen 2, upper label 9(9)) has left margin is 0. Left margin is moved to right margin.

It is not clear how to change the value of the margin!!!

You mean the text is not inside of the white box ( guess the QwtText background ) anymore ?
