How to fix my stroke and backround text wrapping?

Everytime I try to make this I can never get the stroke outline to work

And I'd also like the backround to wrap around the text instead of the bounding box, currently it wraps around the entire bounding box

How to use it, you just select an image select a file and u can paste text from that file onto the image and resize it etc, Im currently trying to add text customization options but having trouble.
