how to add a help caption within the code?

Hello, I would like to know if it's possible to add information within the caption showing when I hover the mouse cursor on a derivated class of my own? That is, getting other support that the "F1" displayed thanks to doxygen.

For example, when hovering a qpixmap class, a captions says "the QPixmap class is an off-screen image representation that can be used as a paint device." doxygen doesn't provide the information within the caption for some reason.
