how to build Qt5.1.0 source file on Windows7(Qt for Windows - Building from Source???

Hi,
Actually am new to Qt.so i want to install Qt so am having Qt source file for install on windows7 but am trying to install through cmd but getting error so plz help out .Below are which i have done for installation
*cmd prompt
*Source file in Desktop of my pc
*C:Users\jagadish\qt-everywhere-commercial-src-5.1.0> configure
(here am getting error as C:Users\jagadish\qt-everywhere-commercial-src-5.1.0\qtbase\\configure.exe is not recognised as an internal or external command , operable programm or batch file)
whats that error

please help me out
