Problem Configure openssl static build

Hi
I am trying to static build using Qt 4.6.2
configure -release -static -no-exceptions -qt-gif -qt-libpng -q
t-libjpeg -qt-libmng -openssl -no-phonon -webkit -script -s60

inspite of configuring statically In some PC QNetworkreply return error on using https (QNetworkReply::UnknownNetworkError)
while in some PC its work fine.
Perviously i was using 4.5.2 in that case i didnt get any problem but there is some problem in Qwebkit
I m using LGPL Licence
Please help me
