How to compile Qt-4.4 with Phonon support?
I try to compile qt-4.4 with phonon support on Linux (Ubuntu). This is my configuration line:
Code:
./configure -prefix /opt/qt-4.4 -no-tablet -fontconfig -xrender \
-xrandr -opengl -qdbus -cups -verbose \
-webkit -phonon -no-qt3support -fast -debug
Packages libgstreamer0.10-dev, libgstreamer0.10, libgstreamer-plugins-base0.10-dev and libgstreamer-plugins-base0.10 has been installed. After configuration all OK. But after installation the list of backends is clean and no multimedia support (but Phonon is compiled). What I'm doing wrong?
Re: How to compile Q-4.4 with Phonon support?
There was a thread about the issue on the qt-interest mailing list just a few days ago. Unfortunately it's down atm, but try searching for "Trying to use Phonon in 4.4-tp1" once it comes available again.
