is there any on-screen keyboard in QT??

Hello,

I normally use Qt embedded 3.3.6 to develop my application, but now I have a new hardware with touchscreen and now I have a doubt: is there any on-screen in QT??
Perhaps , my version of QT does not support on-screen keyboard, but maybe there is other version of QT for embedded device that support this kind of keyboard.
