We recently released InstallBuilder for Qt version 5.3.0, which is a multiplatform installer that lets you package applications for ease of distribution. It supports most versions of Linux, OS X, Windows and Unix in general. It is commercial but has completely free licenses for open source / non-profit users.
You can download the installer, this release is focused on improving support for OS X.
