Hi,
is it possible to connect a signal with a parameter to a slot or another signal without any parameter?
Or the opposite connect a signal without a parameter to a slot with a default value?

Yes, both cases are possible. In the first one, the slot will ignore any extra parameters the signal might have.
The second case will work also.
