Default Assistant can't find html pages

I had installed ver 4.2 from sources and recently installed 4.3 from the Debian unstable binaries. Now when i click on a contents item or index item in assistant it says

The page could not be found

    'file:///usr/local/Qt4/doc/html/assistant-manual.html'

It appears that it's looking in the OLD installation path and I don't know how to fix this.

What does "qmake -query QT_INSTALL_DOCS" print?

Check the paths in ~/.config/Trolltech/Assistant.conf and see how old the files in ~/.assistant are.

~/.config/Trolltech/Assistant.conf had the old path, I changed it to the new path. Made no difference.

Most recent file in ~/.assistant is 17th dec.
None of them have qt4 in the filename and grep found no occurrences.

Is that before the installation? If yes, remove those files.
