Question Qt Development on Win for Embedded Linux

Can I development an application using Open Source Qt/Windows on a PC with XPSP2 and deploy it on a PDA running Embedded Linux 2.3.x? The PDA is a Sharp Zaurus LS-5500. If this is possible then I'm sure I'll have more questions.
    Thanks

If that Zaurus model uses Qtopia 4.x then it should be possible.

You can develop wethever you like, but I don't know if you can make a crossplatform compile in Windows (In Linux with Qtopia you can, but I really don't know in Windows).
