Is this possibel to patch libpng from QMOVIE to read APNG format?

I resolved the problem to write APNG image format
now can you help me to display on QT?

Now i use GrandParadiso Firefox to read this image....

QT 4.4 can write APNG image format!

To read
Install Firefox 3 or GrandParadiso , Opera 9.5 if the image here is not animated and you see only the first frame....
