My dialog can't restore after minimizing?

I use setFixedSize to make my dialog can't resize. But when I click Minimize button (on top of dialog), it can't restore again. What's wrong? And can I disable or hide that Minimize button?

Not being able to restore the dialog sounds strange.
If you could exmplain more maybe it will help to understand whats going on.
Regarding the minimize button, you can get rid of it by passing the correct widget flags to the dialog constructor.
