    Default QSplitter in Designer

    Hello,

I found out, that I can use QSplitter for creating resizeable areas inside a widget (see attachment (made in VS2005 with Windows.Forms just for demonstration)).

But is there a way to get a QSplitter usable inside the Designer?
By default no, as far as I can see.
Would it be possible to make a "QSplitter custom widget" for the Designer, or is there an alternative idea?

You can select two or more child widgets, open context menu and select layout [horizontally|vertically] in splitter.
