adding PHONON and stuff

I am on windows machine and compile Qt with defaults plus -debug-and-release option. Now, I want to add phonon and webkit, is there a way to just compile this two libraries with debug and release option?

I just dont want to go thru the compile process anymore it will some hours to finish.....

If you didn't run make clean (or similar) compiled parts should be skipped automatically, after running make again
