problem with installation

hi,

I downloaded Qt for windods CE software from the following website

" ftp://ftp.trolltech.no/qt/source/qt-embedded-wince-opensource-src-4.4.3.zip"

while istallation i opened the command prompt and i am trying to run the configure.exe file , While that installation i am getting the following error.

Creating qmake...
execute: File or path is not found (nmake)
execute: File or path is not found (nmake)
Cleaning qmake failed, return code -1 and

I am also attaching the document that i have tried for installation using command prompt.

please tell me the steps to be followed for installaing that software.
