How to make dropdown button bigger

Hi,

Using void QAction::setMenu ( QMenu * menu ), I get a button that's like this:

All is good, except the dropdown bar is way too thin. Is it possible to make it wider?

Is this not possible?

It's too small currently and hard to click on.
