What environment variables did you set?

Try to compile your project using Start->Programs->Qt by Nokia 4.x.x->Qt 4.x.x Command Prompt

When you run this command prompt you'll see "Setting up a Qt environment" on the top of the console. You can add these variables to system's environment variables.
You have to run a level 3 diagnostic.
