It's that you didn't define a problem at all. If you tell us what your problem is, we'll be able to help. If you don't tell us what problems you have, how come may we help you?

Ok, I was looking for tutorial how to set up environment on dev c++ using mingw and qt4 windows opensource version. But it is not so important, though, was looking for something to hold everything together in one place as I work on project.
