Touch screen

Hi,

I have installed Redhat,Qt,Qt Embedded,Qt extendded in my machine.
i have also installed third party library tslib.

Is there any method to test touchscreen functionality through tslib without device?

The touchscreens I am aware about simply emulate a mouse, so using the left mouse button is like touching the screen. Or is it targeted to a multi-touch capable touchscreen, like Eee Netbook and iPhone?
