Default Qt 4.5.0 win opensource and <dbus/dbus.h>

I got a strange problem building Qt 4.5.0:
When I'm trying to build QtDBus (and phonon, that strangely depends on it), i see an error:
include file <dbus/dbus.h> not found. It takes place in qdbus_symbols_p.h
    What should I do?

I will assume that you are compiling it with mingw. If this is true then (If I'm not mistaken) phonon cannot be built with mingw.
    Don't know about dbus.

Here's a guide to building phonon in mingw but I don't know if it works.
