I am using VS 2008 + Qt Visual Studio Add-in RC 1 on Vista Business x64.
I compiled Qt from source in both 32 and 64 bit Version. The mingw version is also installed.
$QTDIR and Path point to the x64 Version of the Qt.
Building and running x64 Qt programs works fine but every time I start the build process an error message pops up, claiming:
"The following error occured: Can't find a Qt version for the current build platform."
After clicking OK, the build proceeds without any problems, producing a correct x64 binary.
The Qt options (from the "Qt" entry in the menubar) also contain the path to the x64 as well as the project settings.
When compiling with Win32, there is no error message from the Add-in but (naturally) an error message from the linker.
So the question is: how does the VS Add-in determine which build platform is currently used? Is it possible to ignore errors from the Add-in?
Thanks for any hints.
