Default Convert Windows .rc files for use by Qt?

I'm considering porting an existing Windows app to Qt 4.5. It has a large number of dialogs, all defined in individual Windows .rc files. Is there an automated way of converting these into .ui files, or will I have to lay them all out again in Designer?

    Thanks.

Check this out, although am not sure at all if it would help...
