How can I compile the documentation of your library (with doxygen) without the Russian comments?

I've seen you use the tag \en and \ru. How can I switch from one to the other and not together?

Thanks for your library. I've already written my serial port library that works in asynchronous way, but now I need to access to a serial device in synchronous way.

Why is a synchronous? Use QextSerialPort
