Default What should be the text of Qt credit in a project?

Portion of my project uses Qt LGPL and I am preparing for a release. Searching the qtsoftware site, this forum and wiki I can't find the actual text that should be included with the application regarding Qt LGPL usage.

I will appreciate it if you can point me to the location of required "credits" or "copyright" text or just copy it here.

take a look at QApplication::aboutQt ()but i think you do not have to include the notice...
