Multi Threaded Client Server application

HI Everybody!

I have a client server application which is based on the client-server
example. Now, because of increase in
load I need to convert this server to multi-threaded server. I have been
thinking about it but haven't been able reach to a concrete design.
Therefore if any of you can give me some lead into this direction as how
to proceed.
