Default Problem with korean characters display

    Hi,

I have a problem with displaying the korean font. When I run the example program under examples/tools/i18n,with Qt on X11, it displays all the fonts correctly, but when I run the same example program with the Qt Embedded it is not displaying anything for Chinese, Korean and Japanese languages.

when I included my custom ttf file in Qt Embedded under QTDIR/lib/fonts folder, and run the above example program under examples/tools/i18n, it is able to show chinese and japanese characters correctly but it was not able to show korean characters properly. I am sure that my ttf font file contains the support for all the three languages.

Can anyone please help me how I can display the korean characters.

Default Re: Problem with korean characters display

    Hi,
What is being displayed? nothing? boxes? I was able to successfully get Korean characters displayed. I needed a font for each language ( Japanese, Chinese, Korean). I used a font called NanumGothic.ttf for korean it works well.
