QT 4.4.1 installation problem

I have installed QT 4.4.1 in windows.

when i am trying to use qtdesigner i am getting error ,could not be located QTGUI4.dll

Add QTDIR\bin to your Path environment variable

i am able to run the application,but when i am using QTdesigner it is throwing the error.
