Saving QTableView Column Widths

I need to be able to persist save certain charateristics of a QTableView, e.g. column width and column position. I'm already using QSettings in the project, but just to store QMainWindow state and geometry. Is there a good/clever way of storing the layout of a QTableView in QSettings?
