Application skining issue

Hi All,

I am trying to apply skin on my application. Idea is to make skinned title bar. For doing this i am referring following post-

I applied a png image on title bar (by style sheet) and it looks fine but the problem is when i resize my application then the title bar image stretched and it is looking ugly.

Any idea?
