I have already took the Certfication Exam " Nokia Cerfified Qt Developer" on 29-04-2010 and got passed also.
I have even received the Exam Certificate from Nokia.

You need to enter the code when signing for the exam, not afterwards.

I also appeared in exam on 12 June 2010 and passed. I also used the promotion code mentioned for this draw. How many days does it take to receive an email and certificate from Nokia? and When the phone draw will be announced?

You need to enter this code as promotion code, while registering for examination. I don't think it could be a joke, but I also don't know much details about it.
