Need help in deploying the Qt app to real symbian device

Hi,

I have implemented a mobile app in Qt 4.7 and now want to deploy this app onto real symbian device ( mobile) . But I have no idea how to make this ( making .exe and installing on mobile phones). Can any one please provide me some link that provides necessary info.
