Default how to deploy a qt app

Hello where can I find information on how to deploy a QT compiled app on Linux and Windows?

Is there a way to create a simple package for Linux distribution? How to deal with different package types?

For Windows I would like to use a simple installer.

Please can someone point me to the relevant tools and documentations.

    Thanks,
    Rajinder Yadav

    Start here: http://doc.qt.nokia.com/latest/deployment.html

How to deal with the various Linux package types is beyond the scope of this forum.

For Windows, you can use the platform standard installation tool (Windows Installer) or use something more third party, like Inno setup.

Thanks, the info is very helpful, also I didn't know about Inno until now, looks like a great free installer for Windows!
