About character of QMenu in Qt 4.7

In Qt Designer, All componnet's QMenu show Chinese, But in Qt Creator, show english.
Why? And how to set?

Added after 57 minutes:

It's Ok! It need a qt_zh_CN.qm

In main function, add codes

Qt Code:

Switch view

QTranslator ts;
ts.load(":/qt_zh_CN.qm");
app.installTranslator(&ts);

QTranslator ts;
ts.load(":/qt_zh_CN.qm");
app.installTranslator(&ts);

To copy to clipboard, switch view to plain text mode
