Can any one give me a link to download the qt 4.1 commercial integration with visual studio 2005 ... ??

You need to buy a commercial license to get access to the VS integration package.

i am allready have a license, how can i get access to the VS integration package with that license ??

It's available at your personal Qt distribution page: qt-vsintegration-x.y.z.exe (the page where you downloaded Qt and the license file from).
