not getting focus on widget

Hi Every body,

I have here attach one jpg file. in that there are four buttons. I have already done to change shape of buttons. Now i want when i press tab key the particular button should get focus.

And when i again press tab the focus should change to next button. Can please anybody help me how can i achieve this thing?
