How to change layout dynamcially for Qt Configuarion dialog example?

Hello,

In Qt Configuration dialog example, if the sever in the Configuarion pase is changed, I want to have a dffierent Update page layout, for example two or three radio buttons inside Pakage selection group, could anyone help to tell a simple solution or give a pointer for this ? Thanks.
