Default QT Help support build directories

When I try to build this project in QT I get this error.
"QMake does not support build directories below the source directory"

I tried different things but had no luck so far.
To open this project I double clicked on MakeQD.pro
    C:\QD3.0.0Source\QD3\questdesigner3\MakeQD.pro

I tried to fix this error by going to "tools/options". Then went to Projects.
Under the general tab, I tried to change the project directory to fix this error(assume this is where I need to go to fix) but no luck.

I'm using windows. Using QT version 2.0.1
Says it's based on Qt 7.0
