I still don't understand what you mean. What do you consider a column name and column value in column view? If you want to add a header to the view displaying a particular column then subclass QColumnView and reimplement createColumn() to create a custom view (possibly a QListView subclass) that will contain a header. I have no idea what you mean by "column value" though.
