QT/Ubuntu Development and integration project

I am looking for an Experienced QT/ C++ Developer On Linux platform.

I have a Linux library and sample program that uses that library (both sources are available) i need it ported to a sample qt project.

i already did some of the work but my knowledge both in c and qt is very limited. the software and library is interface for a bill validator that uses smiley protocol. all details and data will be provided. i have attached the code for the sample software and library. it should be a simple porting job.
