Input Dummy Data for plot

I saw the Qwt example the cpuplot. Things that make me wonder is how to calculate the value in the array and what is QFile "/proc/stat" and the file location?

On systems without proc filesystem the cpuplot example displays values, that have been recorded on my system years ago.
