    Default QT3 for widows??

I'm working on an open source tool that uses qt3. I'm able to build it on linux, but I need a windows version. The problem is, I can't seem to find QT3 for windows. From what I've gathered, there is not an open source QT3 for windows. Is this true? Does anyone know where to get QT3 for windows?

Yes, in general this is true.

You'd need Qt for Windows for that.
